One of my biggest pet peeves is women who don't understand their worth and respect themselves. The plus size community is changing and making strives like it never has before. We are now seeing better clothing options where we don't have to look like we are wearing curtains for a dress. We are gathering and creating size acceptance clubs through out North America. We are now as a community seeing a plus size dating show that is not focusing on us loosing weight.

I have been closely studying the plus size community and it's changes for the last few years. Not just making myself aware of options that are available to me where "I" could fit in.... but also opportunities where all men and women of larger size and of admirers can feel comfortable. I have travelled and visited conventions, made connections and have met people from around the world that all have one thing in common. We all want to be part of a growing movement.

My concern is that the largest movement that I have experienced in this community in the last few years has been the BBW sexual revolution. Through BBW Adult industry we have grown our sex appeal, more videos, magazines and websites then ever before have been created. Heck there is even a magazine out there that is tastefully photographed and women are more sensual art (that is my favorite adult publication by the way) then hard pornographic display. Yes it has all been liberating . **Only to a point** Unfortunately I fear that this growth has also tarnished and degraded some of our efforts.

Girls just because you see other women 200, 250, even 300+ pounds that have successfully posed for pics or adult industry ...... Does not mean you should be posing in a pair of underwear yourself and making it so easily accessible for the public to see you on some social website as our first impression of you. This does not make you powerful, this is not sexy, you are just giving it away..... this makes you look cheap. In turn this makes us all look cheap when we have hundreds, thousands of everyday starving for attention big girls doing this. You are not showing quality growth for your community or yourself. Sexiness is more then that. It's a combo of knowing when to show your goods and knowing when to lure. Understanding how to play the game is sexy. Know your worth. The plus size professionals have been used in the adult entertainment industry for a reason. They have been discovered and made it their career. They get "paid" to pose. It is their job.

I love dressing sexy, and I think all girls should whatever size they may be. Being sexy doesn't mean you have to be trashy. There is just appropriate sexy at different times, and I don't feel your facebook or myspace profile should be one of you bent over in a thong unless you are a business woman and that is your money maker. Girls if you all keep taking pictures of your big butts in tiny underwear...... Well mine will not appear special or as rare and as beautiful site when I share myself with someone I trust. Neither will yours. Also.... you are taking away from the industry. Why should men and admires of BBW purchase plus size porn if thousands of girls just give it away for free. I also guarantee you.....he's not going to respect you if you just flash your ta tas for the world to see. He won't call you after sex and he won't take you to meet his mom.

Being sexy at the right time, teasing your admirers or men with a taste of sexy and not just all your nakedness is much more appetizing. Come on.... Big Sexy Girls know your worth!
